Make a difference as a Custodian

As a vital member of the custodial team at Outlets at Traverse Mountain, your role directly contributes to creating a wonderful customer experience. You will take pride in your work as you ensure that restrooms are sparkling clean, common areas are free from litter, and interior floors are meticulously deep cleaned. 

Requirements for this Custodian job

2x Full-Time Positions are available! Must be able to work one of the following schedules:

SUN-MON OFF; TUES - SAT 7AM - 3:30PM or

THURS-FRI OFF; SUN 9AM-530PM and MON, TUES, WEDS, SAT 7AM - 3:30PM

While on-the-job training will equip you with specific techniques, having some prior experience in custodial work is preferred. A strong work ethic and an enjoyment of cleaning are crucial, as you’ll see the immediate impact of your efforts on the shopping environment.

Friendliness and effective communication skills are vital for fostering teamwork and engaging positively with customers throughout the shopping center. A proactive attitude and abilities to work independently and with a team are essential.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• On-the-job training
• Some experience preferred
• Seeking individuals who enjoy cleaning and seeing the results of their work.
