Overview

 

Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00 - 22.00 per hour

Location: 266 S Hobble Creek Canyon Rd, Springville UT, 84663 (On-site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday I 9:00am - 5:00pm

 

We are seeking a compassionate, relationship‑driven Admissions Coordinator to serve as a trusted guide for families, referral partners, and professionals navigating the admissions journey. This role is ideal for someone who blends sales acumen, empathy, responsiveness, and professionalism—and who believes that exceptional admissions experiences are the foundation of exceptional care.

 

Nestled in the serene beauty of Hobble Creek Canyon, Embark at Springville is more than a treatment center—we’re a healing community. We specialize in helping girls ages 12–17 navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. Our approach is family-centered, evidence-based, and deeply relational.

Responsibilities

  • Help families (over the phone) get admitted to Embarks Springville RTC.
  • Conduct a initial assessment of their needs.
  • Coordinate the admission process.
  • Liaison with programs and other departments to get kids help!
  • Become competent in Embark and industry programs.
  • Enter all notes into a customer relations management system (Salesforce).
  • Provide follow-up to web inquiries in a timely way.
  • Participate in team and weekly meetings.
  • Bring a growth mindset with passion and dedication for admissions and mental health

Qualifications

  • Experience working in behavioral health admission highly desirable.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Empathy & compassion coupled with a competitive nature.
  • ​Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
