Experience - No prior experience required; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
- Prior experience using a POS system is preferred.
- Prior experience in a restaurant, food service, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Education - High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Completion of company-required onboarding, safety, and role-specific training is required.
- Food Handler, ServSafe, or other food safety certification may be required based on company policy or local requirements.

Food Safety Requirements - Comply with company food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
- Follow proper handwashing, hygiene, glove use, and illness-reporting procedures.
- Help prevent cross-contamination by following approved handling and sanitation practices.
- Monitor and report food safety concerns, equipment issues, unsafe conditions, injuries, or accidents to management immediately.
- Participate in required food safety training and certification programs as assigned.
Physical Requirements - Stand and walk for extended periods, often for the majority of the scheduled shift.
- Frequently bend, reach, twist, stoop, and use hands and fingers to operate POS equipment, cleaning tools, and restaurant supplies.
- Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance when needed.
- Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in a restaurant environment.
- Work safely around hot surfaces, wet floors, cleaning chemicals, and restaurant equipment.

Working Conditions - Work is performed in a restaurant environment with exposure to varying temperatures, steam, noise, cleaning chemicals, and customer traffic.
- May be exposed to slippery floors, hot surfaces, sharp objects, and other routine restaurant hazards.
- Schedule may include mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs and applicable law.
