The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Assist shift engineers with plant operations
Perform various water chemistry tests on boilers, chilled water, cooling towers, and auxiliary equipment.
Assist with boiler and chiller maintenance overhauls
General plant housekeeping

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher
Incumbent must possess and maintain a current State of Minnesota Second Class A Engineers License
Possess a current and valid Driver’s License
Ability to work rotating shifts

Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.

The starting rate of pay for this position is $43.59. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences, and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
