Audi St. Paul is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking F&I Manager to join our leadership team. We’re looking for a professional who not only excels at structuring deals but also understands the value of collaboration, culture, and long-term success.

What You'll do

  • Partner with the sales and management teams to ensure a smooth, transparent, and customer-focused purchase process.

  • Present financing options, extended warranties, and protection products with clarity and integrity.

  • Maintain and grow lender relationships to offer fast, flexible financing solutions.

  • Lead and coach a high-performing F&I team, emphasizing development, compliance, and results.

  • See beyond the deal—contribute to the dealership’s long-term growth by being a team-oriented leader who supports overall store performance.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of F&I management experience, preferably in a luxury/high-line automotive environment ( Audi, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, etc.).

  • A proven track record of building, developing, and inspiring top-performing teams.

  • Excellent soft skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build trust across departments.

  • A big-picture thinker who contributes to store culture, operations, and customer satisfaction—beyond just penciling deals.

  • Deep knowledge of compliance standards, lender processes, and deal structure in the automotive finance space.

  • F&I Team Leads or Directors who are willing to take a step back and join a larger organization—gaining access to career pathways, resources, and options not available at smaller dealerships or groups.

Total Rewards

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) off: Individual Product and Reserve Income Bonuses based on: Individual Net PVR, Product Penetration, Manufacturer Approvability. The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $15,000– $22,000 a month based on performance

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
