Schedule
- Monday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PMÂ
- Tuesday: 1:30 PM – 8:00 PMÂ
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PMÂ
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PMÂ
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PMÂ
Compensation
$33.00-$36.00 per hour, based on experience.
What You'll Do
As a key member of our clinical team, you'll partner closely with our doctors to deliver exceptional care while helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their visit.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist providers using four-handed dentistry techniquesÂ
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for a variety of proceduresÂ
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral imagesÂ
- Ensure operatories are clean, organized, and fully stockedÂ
- Sterilize instruments in accordance with OSHA and CDC standardsÂ
- Provide patient education before, during, and after treatmentÂ
- Fabricate temporary restorations and complete expanded functions as permitted by licensureÂ
- Maintain accurate electronic patient recordsÂ
- Support efficient patient flow while delivering an exceptional patient experienceÂ
- Collaborate with providers, hygienists, and front office team members to keep the day running smoothlyÂ

Requirements

Qualifications
- Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)Â
- CPR/BLS CertificationÂ
- Knowledge of OSHA and CDC infection control standardsÂ
- Experience with digital radiography and dental softwareÂ
- Coronal polishing and other expanded functions preferredÂ
- Excellent communication and organizational skillsÂ
- Previous chairside dental assisting experience preferredÂ
