Job Summary

Landscape Technicians working at the Highlands at Dove Mountain provide on-going landscape maintenance for the community. This is a highly visible position. To be successful in this position, the individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Initiative, motivation, teamwork, attendance and great customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Transplanting, propagation, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, constructing, mowing, and other forms of landscape maintenance at The Highlands facilities
• Utilize and promote safe operation of equipment including power tools
• Comply with all The Highlands at Dove Mountain policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High School Graduate preferred
• Must have valid AZ Driver’s License.
• Technical training or verifiable experience in lieu of training in ornamental horticulture a plus
• Ability to use hand operated power tools.
• Must be able to work in Arizona weather
