Hello PTs! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Marana, AZ area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Arizona PT License
- Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
