Direct Hire Physical Therapist Role $41.50 to $55.39 per hour in Tucson, Arizona

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in recovering mobility and function after surgery, acute illness, or significant injury
- Â Conducting thorough physical therapy assessments to identify patient needs and limitations and integrating physical therapy treatment plans into the Plan of Care (POC) as directed by the physician's orders.
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs, often in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Implementing various physical therapy techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices, to improve mobility, strength, and pain management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required, Master's in Physical Therapy preferred
- Completion of a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association or other equivalent organization approved by CMS
- Current, active Physical Therapist license within the state of practice
- New grads considered!
Compensation and Schedule:
- Pay rate starts at $41.50 but can be significantly higher based on years of experience and education
- Comprehensive benefits plan that starts on DAY ONE!
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
- $10,000 sign-on bonus!
