We’re hiring a Dump Driver to join County Materials Corporation in Marathon City, WI.Â

Job Summary:Â
As a Dump Truck Driver, you will safely transport bulk aggregates and construction materials using a quad axle dump truck while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate deliveries, excellent customer service, and efficient daily operations.Â
Â
Job Duties & Responsibilities:Â
- Safely haul bulk aggregates and construction materials using a quad axle dump truckÂ
- Demonstrate professional customer service while interacting with customers and site personnelÂ
- Perform daily preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and ensure proper operating condition of assigned truckÂ
- Conduct pre‑trip, post‑trip, and in‑route inspections on all equipment, including securement devicesÂ
- Confirm cargo type, quantity, and delivery destination; ensure all delivery tickets are signed and returned to the plantÂ
- Ensure accurate placement of materials at delivery locationsÂ
- Transport product while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and established routesÂ
- Follow all company safety policies, including proper use of required PPEÂ
- Safely unload materials using approved methodsÂ
- Maintain consistent communication with the Dispatcher regarding routes, deliveries, and issuesÂ
- Act in a professional and courteous manner to maintain positive customer relationshipsÂ
- Maintain accurate records of daily driving and job tasksÂ
- Grease truck every 300 operating hours; grease box hinge pins weeklyÂ
- Participate in weekly Toolbox Talks and safety meetingsÂ
- Self‑load with front‑end loader as requiredÂ
- Attend all required annual training sessionsÂ

Experience & Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Class B CDLÂ
- Maintain an active DOT qualificationÂ
- Minimum 2 years prior driving experience required; will train in Dump Truck proceduresÂ
- Ability to perform will in a “Team” environmentÂ
- Self-motivator and flexible to accommodate the workload and needs of the teamÂ
- Safety minded when performing tasksÂ
- Ability and willingness to learn and be trainedÂ
- Experience in the construction industry, equipment operation, skilled labor or general laborÂ
- Experience operating Front End Loader is a plusÂ

Work Environment:Â
- Work is typically performed in an Indoor and Outdoor environment.Â
- Exposure may include moderate noise, weather, work near moving machinery/equipment, public interactionÂ
- Travel required: Intra-state travel in company vehicle, home every night.Â
- Typical work hours/shifts: 40 hours per week, overtime expectations (seasonal), possible layoff in winter months.Â
