- Oversee daily shop operations and help guide the technician team toward efficiency, accuracy, and quality
- Perform and supervise diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on a wide range of vehicles
- Lead by example with a "fix it right the first time" mindset — and inspire your team to do the same
- Provide accurate labor and time estimates for repairs and communicate findings clearly to Service Advisors and customers in plain, understandable language
- Review and ensure repair orders are completed correctly, on time, and to our quality standards
- Mentor and support junior technicians, helping them grow their skills and confidence
- Stay current on emerging automotive technology and techniques through ongoing training
- Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional shop environment
- 4+ years of automotive technician experience required
- ASE Certification preferred — Master Level Tech a strong plus
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
- Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle types and systems
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff and customers
- Valid driver's license
- A professional attitude, personal integrity, and a servant-leader mentality
- Must be local to or able to reliably commute to the Marathon, FL area
