We are currently seeking candidates for the Operations Manager position.

What We Do:

Supports the General Manager by leading Team Members in day-to-day operations
Oversees all aspects of business in theatres, games, concession, and bar
Monitors, measures, and reports on operational issues and opportunities
Ensures company policy and standards are followed

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

Minimum of 2 years as a manager in the hospitality industry
Ability to attract, develop and retain top hourly talent
Proficient in addressing guest concerns
High level of business acumen and common sense
Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels of an organization
Demonstrated computer knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, POS)
The minimum age requirement for this role is 21
Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to provide clear Guest service, follow safety procedures, and perform job responsibilities.
