Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum of 2 years as a manager in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to attract, develop and retain top hourly talent
  • Proficient in addressing guest concerns
  • High level of business acumen and common sense
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated computer knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, POS)
  • The minimum age requirement for this role is 21
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to provide clear Guest service, follow safety procedures, and perform job responsibilities.
