Create a welcoming, positive experience for members and program participants. Teach engaging swim lessons using the YMCA of the USA swim curriculum (for Swim Instructors). Qualifications ✅ A minimum age of 16 years Current certifications in: Lifeguarding   CPR/AED First Aid Oxygen Administration OR a willingness to obtain certifications before starting (training opportunities may be available for the right candidate!)
