Location:  

This position is based in Marianna, FL, servicing patients in Jackson County and surrounding areas. 

 

Your Role as a Speech Therapist:

  • Provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes on an intermittent basis.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing conditions.
  • Develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers.
  • Deliver therapy based on physician orders and care plans under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Manager.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing function.

 

Qualifications:

  • Active and unencumbered Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of practice (required).
  • Medicare OASIS documentation proficiency (required).
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (required).
  • Two years of experience in speech therapy (preferred).
