We’re looking for dedicated and reliable Line and Prep Cooks to join the team at The Galley, a cornerstone of Marietta’s premier dining and entertainment destination. Located at the heart of historic downtown Marietta, The Galley is known for high-quality food, great service, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.

As a Line or Prep Cook, you play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. You’ll work behind the scenes to prepare, cook, and plate delicious meals with precision and care. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and have a passion for food, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, season, and cook a variety of dishes including soups, salads, meats, vegetables, and desserts

• Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness at all times

• Assist with prep work, stock rotation, and maintaining organized workstations

• Follow recipes and presentation standards to consistently deliver high-quality dishes

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and service

• Contribute to a positive and productive kitchen environment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a cook in a high-volume kitchen preferred

• Strong knife skills and solid understanding of basic cooking techniques

• Ability to stay focused and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow
