What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills, remains composed under pressure, and works well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly using the host/hostess script and escort them to their tables

• Manage dining reservations and accommodate special requests, including parties and events

• Maintain a neat and organized front-of-house environment, including the dining room and service stations

• Set the tone for a positive and welcoming guest experience from the moment guests walk in

• Communicate guest concerns or complaints to management to ensure a timely and effective resolution

• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient seating flow
