Driver & Support Associate – Delivery, Setup & Operations

Marques Amusement Company is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our logistics team. As a Driver & Event Crew Associate, you will play a key role in delivering and setting up inflatables, games, and event equipment across the Atlanta area.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of exciting events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and set up bounce houses, water slides, and event equipment
  
• Safely load and unload trucks and trailers
  
• Ensure all equipment is properly secured and installed
  
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups
  
• Clean and maintain equipment before and after events
  
• Assist with breakdown and pickup after events
  
• Support team members to ensure smooth operations
  

Requirements

Basic Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs repeatedly
  
• Reliable transportation to report to work
  
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  
• Ability to work weekends (Friday–Sunday required)
  
• Punctual and dependable
  

Driver Requirements (Preferred):

• Valid driver’s license
  
• Comfortable driving trucks and/or trailers
  
• Clean driving record preferred
  

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

• General labor, warehouse, or moving experience
  
• Event setup or outdoor work
  
• Experience working in a team environment
