Core Responsibilities

Perform water extraction, structural drying, and fire restoration
Inspect damages and develop mitigation plans
Handle demolition and job site preparation
Install and manage drying equipment
Record daily job progress and updates
Maintain safety and operational standards

Requirements

WRT Certification required
Experience with mitigation equipment and processes
Strong work ethic and reliability
Clean driver's license
Ability to work on-call and in physically demanding environments
