Exhibits the MHS Standards of Excellence and exercises strict confidentiality at all times. Job Functions: Assists in all aspects of patient care and non-patient care within their scope of practice. Complies with all safety and infection control standards. Provides patient care as assigned by charge nurse/team leader. Completes required competencies. Maintains compliance in RQI. Assumes all other duties and responsibilities as necessary. QualificationsMinimum Education/Experience Required: Current Licensure in the State of Ohio or if working in WV a WV license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required. Must possess a N.A.P.N.E.S., O.O.P.N.E. or State Board of Nursing medication administration card required. BLS certification required. Special Knowledge, Skills, Training: Verbal, clerical, numerical abilities, manual dexterity, color vision and near visual acuity. Compensation Details: Education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
