Northside Hospital is seeking a Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist for a PRN/resource role in Atlanta.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program and have at least one year of experience in diagnostic radiology.
The position requires registration as a Radiologic Technologist or MR registry and Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred qualifications include being a registered MRI Technologist and having one year of MRI training and experience.
The work hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and the salary is competitive based on experience.

Responsibilities

Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment to produce tomographic films of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.

Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one (1) year of experience in diagnostic radiology or ARMRIT (MR) registry or ARRT (MR) only registry in lieu of ARRT (RT) certification and diagnostic radiology experience.

Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support

PREFERRED

Registered MRI Technologist by ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MR)

One (1) year of training and experience in MRI.

Work Hours:

800 am - 430 pm
