Production Technician - Encapsulation

Calibre Manufacturing LLC - Marietta, GA

Pay: $18-$20 per hour DOE

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the Role

Calibre Manufacturing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician - Encapsulation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll operate encapsulation machinery to support the manufacturing and packaging of high-quality products in a GMP-compliant facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate encapsulation machines according to SOPs
  • Monitor and maintain machine performance for optimal efficiency
  • Accurately weigh, package, and label finished products
  • Complete required production documentation with attention to detail
  • Conduct quality control checks throughout the process
  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize machine bases after production cycles
  • Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards in all tasks
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Perform minor machine troubleshooting and tuning
  • Support other production-related duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Prior experience operating manufacturing equipment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
  • Basic knowledge of measurement tools (e.g., hand scales)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Training in cGMP or production procedures is a plus
