Pay: $18-$20 per hour DOE
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
About the Role
Calibre Manufacturing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician - Encapsulation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll operate encapsulation machinery to support the manufacturing and packaging of high-quality products in a GMP-compliant facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate encapsulation machines according to SOPs
- Monitor and maintain machine performance for optimal efficiency
- Accurately weigh, package, and label finished products
- Complete required production documentation with attention to detail
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the process
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize machine bases after production cycles
- Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards in all tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Perform minor machine troubleshooting and tuning
- Support other production-related duties as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience operating manufacturing equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Basic knowledge of measurement tools (e.g., hand scales)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Training in cGMP or production procedures is a plus
