Description
Sales Operations Case ManagerÂ
AICA Orthopedics · Marietta, GA · On-Site · $58K–$70K + bonus
Ideal for PI case managers, paralegals, and legal assistants ready to move to the provider sideÂ
Â
If you've been managing PI cases at a law firm — as a case manager, paralegal, or legal assistant — you already know most of what this role requires. The difference is you'd be doing it from the provider side, embedded in our sales department, working directly with account managers and sales leadership across 21 Atlanta locations.Â
What You'll DoÂ
Case Management — Primary FocusÂ
Own PI case workflows from intake through resolutionÂ
Keep records complete, compliant, and audit-readyÂ
Advance stalled cases with attorney offices and insurance carriersÂ
Coordinate complex cases across clinical, legal, and revenue teamsÂ
Sales Operations SupportÂ
Keep the sales team moving — data accuracy across Salesforce, NextGen, and ECM so billing and collections are never blockedÂ
Pull and distribute operational reports for sales leadership — accurate, on scheduleÂ
Identify and resolve workflow gaps before they affect the team's revenue outcomesÂ
Document processes as the sales function scalesÂ
Executive Support — Transitional (First 90–120 Days)Â
Calendar management, meeting coordination, and briefing prep for EVP of GrowthÂ
Draft internal and external correspondence on behalf of the EVPÂ
This component diminishes as the function scalesÂ
What We're Looking ForÂ
RequiredÂ
2+ years PI or medical case management — law firm, provider, or revenue cycleÂ
CRM and case management system proficiency — Salesforce, NextGen, ECM, or comparableÂ
Strong organizational skills in a high-volume environmentÂ
Clear communicator across legal, clinical, and sales teamsÂ
PreferredÂ
Experience on both the provider and legal sides of PIÂ
Familiarity with liens, settlement processes, and attorney collectionsÂ
Revenue cycle, sales operations, or healthcare operations backgroundÂ
Who This Is ForÂ
A PI firm case manager, paralegal, or legal assistant ready to cross to the provider side — and interested in working inside a sales organization with direct exposure to revenue strategy and leadership. Or a healthcare case manager ready for a broader operational role with a sales team. Either way — your PI case experience is the foundation. This role grows with you.Â
