Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Delivery Manager to oversee the execution of complex, high-value customer projects involving manufactured electrical equipment and integrated power solutions. This role is responsible for driving projects forward from contract handoff through final shipment and customer acceptance.

Working onsite at a manufacturing location in Marietta, Ohio, this position partners closely with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure project requirements are met with discipline, transparency, and on-time performance.

This role serves as the commercial lead for assigned programs, maintaining ownership of scope, schedule, customer communication, and execution alignment throughout the full project lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

Project Ownership & Execution

  • Lead assigned projects from contract review through final delivery and customer sign-off
  • Serve as the primary commercial owner and central coordinator for project execution
  • Facilitate internal kickoff meetings involving engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and logistics
  • Build and manage detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
  • Proactively identify risks, constraints, and scope changes and drive resolution plans

Commercial & Contract Oversight

  • Review customer contracts, purchase orders, and scope documentation to ensure clarity and compliance
  • Manage scope clarifications and change orders in coordination with commercial and sales teams
  • Ensure alignment between quoted scope, engineered solutions, and manufactured products
  • Support invoicing milestones, documentation requirements, and customer acceptance activities

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the primary point of coordination between engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and sales
  • Drive accountability and execution across multiple internal teams
  • Maintain configuration control and clear communication as project requirements evolve
  • Escalate execution or commercial risks appropriately while preserving customer confidence

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead recurring customer status meetings and provide consistent, professional project updates
  • Communicate clearly with customer representatives, EPC partners, and internal leadership
  • Manage expectations related to schedule, testing, logistics, and delivery milestones
  • Represent the organization with credibility in high-visibility, high-stakes project environments


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of project or program management experience within electrical equipment manufacturing, infrastructure, or integrated power systems environments
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing-based delivery and execution models
  • Experience working directly with customers, contractors, or EPC organizations
  • Ability to interpret contractual language, schedules, and technical documentationHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to project execution
  • Ability to work onsite in Marietta, OH and collaborate closely with plant-based teams


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting integrated or prefabricated electrical systemsBackground in mission-critical infrastructure or data center-related projects
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and project tracking tools (e.g., M2M, Smartsheet, or similar)
  • Experience coordinating Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and delivery logistics
