We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Marietta, GA warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and works well in a fast-paced team environment.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate will support the day-to-day operations of the Marietta warehouse, including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, moving, and preparing products and materials for shipment. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working on their feet while handling physical tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize medical device equipment according to established procedures and safety standards.
Handle and clean medical device equipment with attention to detail, ensuring equipment is properly prepared for the next stage of processing.
Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming products and materials.
Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment.
Pack, label, and stage products for outbound shipments.
Load and unload deliveries while following proper safety procedures.
Verify products, quantities, and shipping information for accuracy.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
Properly handle, move, and store inventory and equipment.
Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Follow established warehouse processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Use warehouse equipment and tools safely and appropriately.
Communicate inventory issues, damaged products, discrepancies, or other concerns to the appropriate team member.
Work collaboratively with other warehouse and operations team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.
Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, shipping/receiving, or related experience preferred.
Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the workday.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse management or inventory systems.
Forklift/PIT experience or certification is a plus.
Ability and willingness to follow all company safety policies and procedures.
