*Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.
*Onsite Interview will include a welding test
Shift Hours: Monday – Friday 4x10 2nd shift hours: 3pm – 1am (rotating day off)

A Day in the Life:
We are seeking a skilled Welder II where you'll contribute to producing high-quality laboratory equipment used by pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology firms, and research institutions.
- Apply expertise in MIG and TIG welding to fabricate precision components according to engineering specifications.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain quality standards.
- Address technical challenges.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support other groups with tasks as needed
- Demonstrate excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring each product meets our rigorous quality standards.
Keys to Success:
Education
- High School Diploma/ GED required
- Welding certification highly preferredÂ
Experience
- Â One (1) year of hands-on welding experience with MIG and TIG processes required.
- Experience with quality control processes and first piece production review.
- Experience in cGMP environment preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Â Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and engineering specifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in setting up and operating welding equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Visual acuity for detailed product assembly and inspection
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to complete required documentation including router sheets and non-conforming tickets
- Demonstrated ability to identify and report quality issues promptly
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle bulky parts
- Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout shift
