2026-2027 SUBS - Childcare Substitute Teacher

A Subber is a Substitute Early Childcare Teacher who steps in to support, guide, and inspire young learners.

Duties (Floater Role)

• Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a supportive and structured learning environment
  

• Engage with children using your childcare experience to foster growth and development
  

• Communicate professionally with peers, parents, and team members
  

• Follow and execute age-appropriate curriculum and activities
  

• Maintain a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
  

• Demonstrate reliability by honoring your scheduled commitments

Requirements

Here is what you'll need to be considered:

• A Great Personality
  
• Eagerness to work w/Children
  
• 1 year of classroom experience
  
• CAPABLE of standing for prolonged periods of time and lifting up to 40+ lbs. 
  
• BFTS Background Screening & CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
  
• A personal vehicle
  
• A Smart Phone & a reliable vehicle
  
• Work as many or few hours as you like...you decide. Flexible schedules
