Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Infant Teacher to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will create a warm, caring, and developmentally appropriate environment where infants can grow emotionally, socially, and cognitively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, individualized care to infants, including feeding, diapering, and soothing.

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory and motor skill development.

• Foster a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.

• Build positive and trusting relationships with infants and their families.

• Observe and document each child’s progress and communicate effectively with parents.

• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a high-quality program.

• Adhere to health, safety, and licensing guidelines.

Qualifications:

• CDA (Child Development Associate) or higher education in Early Childhood Education preferred.

• Previous experience working with infants in a professional childcare setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
