Position Overview:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of skilled tasks related to maintenance, preventative maintenance, HVAC installations, construction, and repair across multiple facilities. This role may involve specialization in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or other qualified trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general and preventative maintenance in assigned facilities

• Install and service HVAC systems

• Complete construction and repair projects as required

• Prioritize and respond to work orders and maintenance requests

• Coordinate with management on complex maintenance and repair jobs

• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition

• Clean work areas following the completion of projects

• Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members through professional and cooperative communication

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in one or more skilled trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
