Marketing and Operations Assistant - Variable Hour (Part-Time + Event-Based Full-Time Weeks) | In-Person

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to support both our marketing and operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of physical work, event execution, and behind-the-scenes coordination in a fast-paced environment. This person’s three primary responsibilities are as follows: 

  1. Event Execution and Brand Activations
  2. Warehouse and Inventory Operations
  3. Marketing and Administrative Support

This individual will report to BIOLYTE’s Head of Community and Partnerships.


Responsibilities

  • Event Execution and Brand Activations
    • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site product sampling
    • Represent the brand in a professional, engaging way during events
    • Support execution of mobile activations, including maintaining vehicles and equipment readiness
  • Warehouse and Inventory Operations
    • Pick, pack, and prepare product for events, customer orders, and internal needs
    • Maintain organized warehouse space and assist with inventory tracking
    • Support loading/unloading and general logistics for the Operations team
  • Marketing and Administrative Support
    • Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks, including coordination of materials and assets
    • Support basic administrative needs across teams (data entry, organization, follow-ups)
    • Help with event preparation, recaps, and internal coordination
  • All other duties assigned


Qualifications

  • Current college student or recent graduate preferred
  • Comfortable with a flexible and variable schedule
  • Ability to travel and work extended hours during event weeks, including weekends and holidays
