We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to clients in their natural environments, including homes, ABA centers, childcare centers, or community-based settings. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and treatment
  • Develop and implement individualized plan of cares based on evidence-based practices, formal and informal evaluations, and clinic standards
  • Provide therapy services in a clinic/home setting
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain timely (completed day of session), accurate documentation (evaluations, progress notes, treatment notes)
  • Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support communication goals
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development as required
  • Comply with all ethical, legal, and organizational standards
Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active GA state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Experience with pediatric populations, Autism, and Gestalt language (CFs may be considered, if applicable)
Work Environment & Schedule

  • Mobile role with travel between locations
  • Flexible scheduling options (part-time and contract)
  • Daytime hours with some evening availability depending on client needs
