Work Shift
Job Summary:
This position will be a hybrid of on site and remote work. Schedule is as follows:
Friday 8a-4:30p-onsite at hospital
Saturday 8a-4:30p- onsite at hospital
Sunday 8a-4:30p- onsite at hospital
Monday 7a-4:30p- medication refills remote day
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.

All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
