Overview
The Sales Development Representative will be a key contributor to the growth of the Judge Learning Solutions division by proactively identifying and engaging potential clients. This entry-level role is designed for individuals 1–3 years out of college who are eager to begin a career in sales.

- Research and identify potential clients through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and industry databases.• Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce Judge Learning Solutions’ offerings and generate interest.• Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives.• Maintain accurate records of outreach, meeting outcomes, and lead status in Salesforce.• Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure smooth handoff and messaging alignment.• Stay informed on industry trends, client challenges, and Judge’s learning solutions to effectively communicate value.• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and meeting goals.(Approximate Time Allocation: 60% lead generation and prospecting, 40% sales support and meeting coordination.)
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).• Experience: 1 year of customer-facing, inside sales, or business development experience preferred.• Skills:• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new contacts.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) is a plus.
