Radiant Health is seeking a dedicated CMA/RMA to join our healthcare team and help provide exceptional care to individuals receiving mental health and behavioral health services. What You'll Do As a CMA/RMA, you will play a vital role in supporting both the medical and psychiatric needs of our clients by: Providing outstanding client care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Obtaining and documenting vital signs, heights, weights, and urine drug screens. Completing client screenings and communicating important findings to providers. Assisting with laboratory, imaging, and other clinical orders. Transcribing provider medication orders and supporting medication management processes. Coordinating with pharmacies, providers, and insurance companies regarding prescriptions and prior authorizations. Following up on lab results and clinical orders to ensure continuity of care. Educating and supporting clients regarding medications and potential side effects. Administering injectable medications as ordered by providers. Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with organizational, state, and federal regulations. Contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment.
