Principle Duties & Responsibilities
Â
- Perform daily counts on A, B, and C class inventory items
- Perform daily counts on all pass through items
- Assist with FLC component ordering and tracking
- Investigate inventory reporting errors and coordinate corrective actions on each.
- Coordinate item master system discrepancies with AUM IS department.
- Maintain and update all inventory spreadsheet data and report on a daily/weekly basis as required
- Reviews accuracy of line associations, routings, schedules, and item master and coordinates any changes with the corresponding PP/CM Specialist
- Perform other duties as assigned in order to ensure achievement of section, department, or company plan
- Physical inventory preparation and location auditing.
- Performing inventory adjustments for orders shipping outside of normal process
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) for internal and external contacts
- Working knowledge of all matters related to cycle counting (ex: inventory control systems and principles)
- Reporting and data presentation skills
- Demonstrated capability of systematic problem solving
- Basic math and statistical skills
- Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and work load
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability and desire to work in a team environment                      Â

Minimum Level of Preparation and Training
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 6 months related work experience is preferred
