Job Description:
Join the Pepsi MidAmerica HR Team!
HR Manager | $50,000 – $60,000 annually
Marion, IL | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Drive recruiting efforts and build lasting applicant pipelines
- Manage onboarding, promotions, and employee recognition
- Partner with colleges, universities, and community organizations to find top talent
- Support leadership in staffing, training, and long-term recruitment strategies
- Keep safety and compliance on track (OSHA logs, incident trends, etc.)
- Collaborate with sales & management on HR and marketing initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in interviewing, recruiting, and training
- Strong communicator with leadership abilities
- Warehouse or manufacturing background a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or 4 years relevant experience)
