Job DetailsJob Location: Marion, IL 62959Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 HourlyPosition Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing routine maintenance and minor repairs across 32 Marion Eye Centers locations. This position ensures all facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained to support daily operations. Essential Functions: Perform general facility maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues Respond promptly to maintenance requests Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Travel between locations using company-provided transportation Qualifications: Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver’s license required Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements (if you want to include): Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, and climb as needed Work Schedule: Full-time Occasional after-hours or emergency maintenance may be required Qualifications    Qualifications: Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver’s license required Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements (if you want to include): Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, and climb as needed Work Schedule: Full-time Occasional after-hours or emergency maintenance may be required
