We are looking for a compassionate, empathetic, and motivated Peer Support Skills Trainer to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals experiencing mental health and/or addictions crises.  As a Peer Support Skills Trainer, you will provide hope, encouragement, and practical support to individuals in crisis. You will deliver immediate, on-site assistance in a community based setting. Certified Peer Support Professional (CPSP) certification or willing to obtain certification. Must have personal, lived experience in their own recovery from addiction, mental illness, or co-occurring substance and mental disorders. Minimum recovery time of 1-2 years Experience working in behavioral health, social work, case management, or related field preferred Must have a valid drivers license Training in crisis intervention preferred.
