NOW HIRING: Production Maintenance Technician
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00/hour

Pepsi MidAmerica is looking for a skilled Production Maintenance Technician to keep our production running smoothly in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule:

Days: M-F - 9AM - 5:30PM

Nights: M-F - 5:30PM - 2AM

What You’ll Do

• Inspect and troubleshoot machinery
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize repairs
• Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and on a team
• Good communication skills
