QualificationsProject Manager Qualifications: - 5 years prior commercial construction experience - Procore experience - Experience working with subcontractors to define scope and scheduling -Experience managing occupied renovations -Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Project Manager Required Skills: -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Able to work independently with solid decision making skills. - Strong software skills to include MS Office.
