Kingdom Roofing Systems is hiring a Senior Commercial Site Superintendent to lead commercial and multifamily roofing projects across Central Indiana.

If you have strong experience in commercial construction or low-slope roofing and are ready to take full ownership of jobsite execution, this is a high-impact leadership role with clear growth potential.

What You'll Do

• Oversee multiple commercial roofing projects from start to finish
• Lead and manage subcontractors and installation crews on-site
• Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards
• Coordinate with estimating, sales, and operations teams
• Identify and solve jobsite issues quickly to avoid delays
• Conduct final inspections and project closeouts
• Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams
• Enforce OSHA and safety compliance on all job sites

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction or roofing
• 2+ years in a leadership role (foreman, supervisor, superintendent)
• Experience managing multiple projects and crews at once
• Strong knowledge of low-slope or commercial roofing systems
• Ability to lead teams, hold accountability, and solve problems fast
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable working in the field, including heights and weather conditions

Pay & Benefits

• $70,000 - $80,000 salary (based on experience)
