Position requires a minimum 40-hour work week to ensure optimal coverage including days, nights, and weekends. Retail sales experience High school diploma or equivalent Flexible availability Additionally: Strong communication skills Experience with computers Excellent customer service is desired Must be available nights and weekends Additional Information: Pay Includes: Salary + commission- $39,520.00 Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Weekly paychecks 40% off employer discount​   FLSA status: Non-Exempt QualificationsEducation and Experience: Qualified candidates should have earned a high school diploma with an additional two-Year degree or more preferred.  A minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisory position or related retail sales position is optimal.   Physical Requirements: Physical Strength: able to lift up to 50lbs. Standing: Be able to stand 8 hours without sitting. Average Mental Requirements: One must have the ability to deal with a variety of variables under limited standardization while being able to interpret various instructions. Basic math skills and reading comprehension skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively.
