South Coast Improvement Company serves a number of sectors in New England, and also specializes in renovating and expanding occupied Senior Living facilities along the Eastern Seaboard.  Superintendent Responsibilities Enforce all OSHA and best in class safety standards Lead all efforts in maintaining schedule Maintain strong knowledge of plans, intent and existing conditions Manage multiple subcontractors, tradesmen and laborers for the duration of each project. Expected to enforce quality and best in class workmanship Actively participate in client meetings Conduct inspections during precon and close out QualificationsSuperintendent Experience Preferred Minimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience in commercial construction, preferably for a General Contractor, as a site supervisor or assistant site supervisor Enforcement of safety best practices as well as leading weekly tailgate/tool talk, and daily safety checks Interior and exterior renovation work including selective demo, ceiling and wall assemblies, finishes, millwork and MEPs Occupied renovations  Scheduling and coordination skills are essential Managing multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously Procore, MS Office Superintendent Benefits and Compensation Health, Vision and Dental Insurance Disability insurance 401K Plan with matching Paid Time Off Auto allowance Fuel reimbursement Superintendent Employment Requirements Willingness to undergo a background check Provides own, reliable transportation OSHA 30 or higher certification  South Coast Improvement is an equal opportunity employer.
