Warehouse Administrator – Marion, IL Office
Summary/Objective
NOTS Logistics, LLC is currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator candidate for our Marion, IL warehouse facility who is a highly motivated and driven individual looking for a career in the field of logistics. NOTS Logistics proudly serves the logistical needs of clients throughout the nation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Use WMS and SAP systems to achieve accuracy and integrity of shipments, receipts, and inventories.
- Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries.
- Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space and management of shipments.
- Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports.
- Handle issues arising in shipping/inventory handling.
- Help train associates in all operations related tasks and maintain a well-disciplined and SAFE workforce.
- Operates company computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, WMS/SAP and other basic office support software.
- Answer phones and complete other administrative/office tasks.
- Assisting customers to assure NOTS Logistics values are upheld and evidenced.
- Upon request of senior leadership, gather and prepare data based on given criteria. Utilize problem solving and critical thinking skills to determine methods of presenting information in a timely fashion.
- Participate and assist in meetings with supervisors/managers while lending insight and thoughts with regards to NOTS Logistics best practices.
- Assume responsibilities of others as directed by NOTS Logistics Managers, in response to circumstances that would require assistance.
- Show the initiative necessary to continually educate yourself and apply that knowledge.

Full Time, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
$22-$23/hour
