Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Class A Yard Drivers

• Starting pay: $24.00/hour ($84000 projected annual W2) plus $1.05/hour shift differential
• Monthly Safety Bonus opportunity
• Local, home daily position
• No-touch freight, drop & hook operations, dedicated yard work

You will drive:
• Late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks
• Best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety
• Equipped with inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras, helping to ensure safety for all
• Automatic transmissions with yard trucks and 48'/53' trailers

What you will do:
• Move trailers in and out of dock as directed by management
• Couple and uncouple trailers
• Chock trailers as they are spotted for loading and unloading and pulling from doors
• Perform drop and hook/live load movements of manufacturing components while prioritizing safety and efficiency
• Maintain communication with dispatch and customer teams while contributing to a positive work environment
• Perform yard moves and trailer movements supporting manufacturing operations with approximately 40 moves per day

Schedule:
• Monday through Friday
• Two days off per week; occasional Saturday or Sunday work may be required based on customer production needs
• Shift flexibility of +/- 2 hours may be required based on customer requirements
