What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Intern, you'll work alongside experienced maintenance professionals to support production equipment reliability and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include:

Assisting with preventive and predictive maintenance activities
Supporting equipment repairs and troubleshooting efforts
Learning mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance techniques
Participating in root cause investigations and continuous improvement projects
Assisting with equipment inspections, maintenance documentation, and repair records
Supporting spare parts inventory and maintenance organization efforts
Helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
Gaining exposure to industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, and maintenance best practices

What We're Looking For

We're searching for a motivated problem-solver who:

Enjoys troubleshooting and finding solutions
Wants hands-on experience with industrial equipment

Preferred Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in:
- Industrial Maintenance
- Electronics Technology
- Mechatronics
- Mechanical Technology
- Electrical Technology
- Related technical field
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Manufacturing, automotive, or electronics experience is a plus
