Evening Janitor (Part-Time) 

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Evening Janitor to maintain our two-story dealership While we employ a full-time day janitor, this part-time evening role ensures our facility remains immaculate following  late-day guests/employees and is perfectly prepared for the next morning. The ideal candidate takes pride in high-quality work.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours:5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (5 hours per day)
• Starting Pay:  Hourly $17.00
• Days: Monday through Friday (25 hours per week)
• Location Two-story dealership facility (w/elevator
• Cleaning Supplies/Equipment: Provided by Employer

Key Responsibilities - Evening Maintenance & High Traffic Areas:

Deliver meticulous, high-end cleaning and detailing daily:

• Mezzanine,  Conference Rooms & Executive Offices: Wipe down tables, arrange seating, vacuum, and dust all surfaces ensuring it is fresh for the following day.
• Upstairs Kitchen Plus Break Areas: Clean and sanitize counters, sink, appliances, and floor nightly, empty trash, wipe down chairs/tables. Resupply paper products.
  

• Bathrooms (Upstairs & Downstairs):Clean, sanitize, and restock restroom facilities and floor.
• Trash Removal: Empty all trash .
• Customer Lounges & Break Areas: Wipe down surfaces, tidy seating areas, and empty waste bins.<!--
• Floor Care: Sweep, mop, or vacuum assigned areas across floors as needed.
• Notify Manager of inventory needs.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services.
• Strong attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to meet highly meticulous standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during evening hours.
• Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance for the 5:00 PM shift.
• Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 30+lbs. throughout the shift.
