The Opportunity
We’re seeking an organized and mission-driven Summer Youth Coordinator to oversee summer workforce programming across multiple counties. In this role, you’ll manage daily operations, supervise coaches and participants, maintain compliance and documentation, and build strong partnerships that support youth employment success.
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day operations of the Summer Work Experience Program to ensure alignment with mission and funding requirements
Support participant enrollment, orientation, and documentation processes
Maintain ongoing communication with partner agencies, referral sources, and employers
Oversee program paperwork, billing, reporting, and online documentation
Maintain accurate case notes, billing records, and mileage documentation
Provide direction to coaches and participants regarding work tutorials and on-site mentoring
Evaluate training materials and recommend improvements to enhance program effectiveness
Monitor satisfaction trends and support continuous improvement efforts
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all program standards and safety procedures
Serve as backup support for coaching or internal staff as assigned
Maintain confidentiality and follow all Goodwill policies and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate degree with management experience
Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills
Experience working with youth, workforce programs, or individuals with disabilities preferred
Ability to supervise, train, and develop staff
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and insurance
Ability to pass background check and drug/alcohol screening
First Aid/CPR certification (training provided if required)
