Join a precision-driven fabrication team operating industry-leading CNC equipment. You'll work hands-on with advanced machinery, ensure quality at every step, and build real expertise through a fully paid training program at our Texas and Oklahoma facilities.
What you'll do
- Set up and operate CNC equipment — Saws, Drills, Peddiwriters, and Camber machines — with precision and confidence
- Load and unload raw materials, maintaining uninterrupted production flow
- Perform continuous quality checks against detailed blueprints and engineering drawings
- Uphold strict safety and accuracy standards on every shift
Paid training program
Selected candidates receive fully company-funded training — hands-on time our fabrication plants in Texas and Oklahoma.
Required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to follow technical instructions and safety protocols
- Willingness to travel during the initial training period
Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or structural steel fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Prior CNC machine operation
