OTR responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents' physical, cognitive, and functional needs

• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence in self-care, mobility, and daily routines

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions

• Collaborate with other care team members to ensure holistic and coordinated care

• Provide education and training to residents, caregivers, and staff

• Accurately document assessments, treatment sessions, and progress

• Promote a safe, engaging, and functional environment for residents

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
