Your role as a Physical Therapist:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Help seniors regain mobility, manage pain, and improve overall function

• Guide patients through exercises and ADLs to enhance independence

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care

• Educate patients, families, and staff on safe mobility and fall prevention

• Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring excellence in care delivery

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
